State Farm and Chivas USA gave away 600 turkeys to local families at a special Thanksgiving event on Sunday, Nov. 22 in Pico Rivera. The event featured Chivas USA players, on-air personalities from Super Estrella 107.1, and representatives from State Farm. The Thanksgiving food was presented to families in need at the Plaza de la Raza location in Pico Rivera.
Chivas USA players Justin Braun, Michael Lahoud and Gerson Mayén were present at the event and helped give away the turkeys to families. In addition to food, Chivas USA, State Farm and Super Estrella held raffle drawings.
